Giant baobab trees, bush savannah and the seasonal marshes add to the wonder of this nature reserve. The park is also home to buffaloes, zebras and wildebeests which are always closely followed by lions. At sunset we will leave the park and head to our lodge for a good meal and a comfy bed.

The Serengeti ecosystem supports the greatest concentration of plains game in Africa. PARK (FULL DAY)
A full day with morning and afternoon game drives to explore the plains of the famous Serengeti National Park. Serengeti actually means “endless plains” in Swahili. The Serengeti covers an area of 14 763 square kilometres and watching the grassland stretch out as far as the eye can see and eventually merge with the sky at the horizon is absolutely breathtaking. It’s not only the endless plains that are breathtaking. The abundance of wildlife that calls the Serengeti home is unsurpassed. If you are lucky to visit at the right time of year, you’ll witness the Great Migration where millions of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles thunder across the plains of the Serengeti in search of greener pastures. Apart from the migratory animals, you’ll also see lots of other animals, like lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants buffalo and other plains game. You’ll can’t but be impressed by the natural beauty of Africa’s most famous park. If you fancy a different experience, we’ll book you a balloon safari (for your own account).
